Now, more than ever, it is vital that women be given the tools to advocate for themselves. Whether it be in their personal lives, such as moving in with a partner, or in their professional lives, such as getting equal airtime in meetings, women deserve to have their voices heard.
This workshop is designed to help all women+ (including trans and non-binary individuals) negotiate more confidently and successfully.
Women face gender-specific challenges when navigating the workplace, most evidently in salary negotiations. The basic considerations go beyond salary, to whether a company has inclusive health benefits and family leave policies.
